Marketing Spirit Proprietary Limited is a company registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of South Africa under registration number 2004/034264/07 (“Marketing Spirit“, “we“, “us” or “our“).

Marketing Spirit owns and operates website and social media platforms (“our Platforms”).  Through its website, Marketing Spirit enables the user of its website to order and engage Marketing Spirit to perform, a range of services falling within the above categories.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time.  Any changes that we may make to our privacy policy will be posted on our Platforms and will be effective from the date of posting.

10.1.2. access to your personal information;
